Terms of service
By creating a Buscalid account you accept these terms. We wrote them short and in plain language; if anything is unclear, write to us before accepting.
1. What Buscalid is
Buscalid analyzes your business website, searches the internet for companies that might need what you sell, explains why they fit and suggests a message to contact them. Messages are sent from your own email account, always after you have reviewed and approved them. Buscalid is a sales support tool for professionals and businesses; it is not aimed at consumers.
2. Your account
- You must be of legal age and use the service on behalf of a business or professional activity.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your password secret. An account belongs to one person; do not share it.
- The free trial is one per person or company. Signing up several times to chain free trials is prohibited and may result in the accounts being closed.
3. Plans, prices and payments
- Free trial: a limited number of analyzed leads, no card. It may change at any time for new sign-ups.
- Paid plans: prices and the number of leads included per month are those published on buscalid.com at the time you subscribe. They are billed in advance and renew month to month until you cancel.
- A lead counts when Buscalid analyzes it and delivers it to you, not when you contact it or when it replies. We do not guarantee a number of replies or sales.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment).
- Payment processing. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles payment, taxes and invoicing, and provides customer service for billing questions. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
- If a search cycle fails because of a problem on our side, it does not count against your limit.
- Prices do not include VAT unless stated otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which will apply at the next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
Buscalid is for writing to companies to which your product or service is relevant, one by one and with a specific message. It is not a bulk-sending tool. You agree to:
- Contact only companies whose activity relates to your offer, and immediately honor any unsubscribe or objection.
- Comply with the rules on electronic commercial communications (in Spain, Art. 21 of Law 34/2002 LSSI; elsewhere, the local equivalent) and data protection. Buscalid helps you technically (it only delivers company mailboxes, includes the unsubscribe link in every email, blocks addresses that have unsubscribed and limits daily sends), but legal responsibility for what you send is yours.
- Not use the service for illegal, deceptive or offensive content, or content that impersonates third parties, nor to resell or systematically extract the platform's data.
- Not try to bypass technical limits, access other users' data or interfere with the operation of the service.
If we detect use contrary to these terms, we may suspend sending or the account, notifying you and giving you the chance to explain except in serious cases.
5. Your content and your data
What you write (your pitch, your edited messages, your signature) is yours. You allow us to process it only to provide you the service. The messages Buscalid drafts for you are drafts: review them before sending, because the sender is responsible for them. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and includes the processor terms that apply when you send emails through the platform.
6. About leads and the information we give you
Leads are built from public information (company websites, forums and search engines) interpreted by automated systems. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and fit assessments are estimates. Check them before making business decisions. We do not guarantee that any particular company will appear or reply.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Buscalid continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or failures of external providers (search engines, AI providers, email). We may improve, change or remove features; if a change substantially reduces what you subscribed to, we will notify you and you may cancel at no cost.
8. Intellectual property
The software, design and Buscalid brand are ours. We grant you a non-exclusive, personal, revocable license to use it while you have an active account. Do not copy, modify or resell the service.
9. Liability
Buscalid is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business or profits, or the consequences of communications you send in breach of section 4. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Cancellation and account closure
You can close your account at any time by writing to us; we will delete your data according to the Privacy policy. We may close free-trial accounts inactive for more than 12 months, notifying you by email first.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the provider's domicile, unless the law establishes another mandatory forum.
